You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or enrolling in any course. You will use the website and its materials only for lawful purposes and will protect any login credentials associated with your enrollment. Quiet Ember Soapworks reserves the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.
Course access and payment
Course descriptions, prices, duration, and material lists appear on the catalog page. Access is granted solely to the individual purchaser and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Payments are processed securely at the time of enrollment. All prices are shown in US dollars.
Responsible making
Students must follow current safety guidance, wear appropriate protective equipment, correctly label all materials, and evaluate their own workspace before beginning any soap-making project. Quiet Ember Soapworks provides educational content only and assumes no liability for injuries or property damage resulting from the making process.
Intellectual property
Quiet Ember Soapworks retains ownership of all written lessons, brand assets, presentation methods, and educational materials. You may use the content for personal practice. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or derivative works are strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Cancellations and support
Please contact the studio promptly regarding access or billing concerns. We will review each situation individually and respond with an appropriate resolution. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
